I had an ongoing challenge with a leaking roof on a rental property. 6 companies I contacted for a quote didn't even get back to me. I get everyone is really busy but no response makes things more challenging when you need to get a problem sorted. One company that did get back to me suggested at quote request time job time frame would be July. When I was looking to accept quote the time frame had changed to September, which mean I was looking at the rest of winter with a leaking roof. I had had a quote from Jensen Roofing about 18 months earlier and couldn't raise the money due to lending rules, so tried to repair existing roof which didn't work out. I had contacted them to re quote and didn't get reply. It turned out this was a mishap due to a change of email. I was impressed to receive a call from Megan Jensen as I was wondering what to do, after so many others not getting back to me. Jensen Roofing got the roof fitted before the end of July and job completed in August once chimney flashing's we made and delivered. I met Ethan and Megan when they called to quote the roof and was really impressed to see this very competent young couple in business and have been impressed with the total experience. I own 3 houses and getting anything done over the last few years has been challenging. Jensen Roofing has been one of the best companies I have dealt with over this time and I highly recommend them. Thanks for great customer service and getting a challenging and stressful problem solved for me Ethan and Megan.
